Lucy graduated from the University of
Kentucky with a BS in computer science and a minor in mathematics. She
has 14 years of experience with IBM and Bank of America in system
development, usability, graphical interface programming and project
management.
In 1998, combining her passion for art and her technical and usability skills, Lucy made the natural progression to website design. Working from home allowed Lucy to steadily build her business while supervising her three emerging teenagers.....Now with three grown children, keen survival skills, and a new appreciation for her own mother, Lucy has combined forces with Peyton to form Bellaworks, a complete web services company.
Lucy's goal is to understand your business needs and design a website that works well, looks nice and makes sense for you.
Peyton Earey, Owner
Web designer & developer
Peyton graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with
a BA in
psychology. Her background consists of many years as both a visual
& performing artist. She began her career in website design in 2003
and has found it to be a practical way to utilize her creativity and
problem-solving skills.
Peyton's primary areas of focus are design, determining site structure, and helping clients integrate their website into their overall marketing strategy. She also enjoys reading as much as possible about new technology and web development.
Before Peyton entered the world of web design and development, she used her creativity as a dance instructor and choreographer.
Jean AndersonJean is a former physical therapist with a B.S. from Marquette University. Although Jean has no "formal" computer training, she got her first PC back in 1989 and has been hooked on technology ever since. Various volunteer and organizational jobs have sharpened her skills over the years. Jean handles a majority of our website maintenance.
Jessica NicholsonJessica graduated from The Art Institute of Charlotte with an AAS in Interactive Media Design. Discovering her knack for anything computer related as a teenager has led to over 10 years experience in new media design. Jessica is Bellawork's lead developer. She is the talent behind the construction of our websites!
Rebecca WebbThe newest addition to our staff is the eager college-grad, Becca. She graduated from James Madison University with a B.A. in English and a concentration in Creative Writing. Within weeks, she’d relocated to our beautiful city and set off on a career writing for the web. She uses her varied experience in marketing, writing, and administrative work to provide full-service client support here at Bellaworks Web Design.
Tyler Johnson
Tyler is our webmaster and programmer extraordinaire. He has a strong background in server administration, php, javascript and mysql. Tyler enables us to provide top notch web hosting and technical support for our web clients.
